"We reached out to Vegas Hardscape for their installation of the Westcoat Specialty Coating System to create a new surface on a balcony deck which was in desperate need of a complete and true waterproof treatment. Mike, the owner, is well versed in the process, and fair with pricing. The crew was respectful, easy to communicate with, hard working and talented. They willingly coordinated with an exterior door installation to apply flashing and membrane as needed. Once that was complete, they stripped off the old surface down to the plywood, checked the surface integrity, then waterproofed at each step from the plywood seams to the flashing to the membrane, to the concrete applications, up to the last coat of sealer. They stayed in contact with us when unfavorable weather interrupted the process. They paid attention to details of the deck, the balcony railing, the exterior wall and doors and the surface is gorgeous. We highly recommend them and would work with them again."
